1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 36gl (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 36gl online gaming platform, including the website located at https://36gl.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the 36gl platform, placing bets, or otherwise using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 36gl platform and Services.

These Terms apply to all Users of the 36gl platform, regardless of the method of access (desktop, mobile browser, or application) or the geographic location from which access occurs, provided such access complies with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account or use the 36gl platform. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in the Republic of the Philippines, in accordance with regulations established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.

36gl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID, or other valid identification recognized by Philippine authorities). Failure to provide requested verification within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 36gl platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users located outside the Philippines may be restricted from accessing certain features or Services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that your access and use complies with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations.

2.3 Mental Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from understanding and agreeing to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the 36gl platform, including real-money gaming, you must register for a user account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile phone number
• Residential address in the Philippines
• Preferred currency (Philippine Peso is the default currency)

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 36gl platform. Creating multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonuses.

36gl employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns. If we suspect or detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to suspend or close all associated accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with any third party
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Immediately notify 36gl customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available to enhance account security

36gl will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be considered fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to verify your identity, 36gl may require you to submit documentation before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
• Copies of payment cards or e-wallet screenshots (with sensitive information appropriately masked)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document for identity verification

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your 36gl account instantly. Bank transfers may require 10-60 minutes for processing during banking hours.

You agree that all funds deposited into your 36gl account belong to you, were obtained legally, and are not derived from criminal activity. 36gl reserves the right to refuse deposits or request additional verification if we suspect funds may be connected to fraudulent or illegal activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard. 36gl aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash or Maya within 5-30 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). Bank transfers may require 1-3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification level and VIP status. Withdrawals are processed in the same currency as deposited. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Before processing withdrawal requests, 36gl may require that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5.

36gl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of any breach of these Terms. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed, 36gl may report the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4.4 Fees

36gl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet service, or cryptocurrency network) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

36gl may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the relevant promotional page and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before conversion to withdrawable funds. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players and must be used in good faith. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk

36gl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Modification or Cancellation

36gl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, Users will be notified and any unused bonus funds may be removed from accounts.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the 36gl platform are subject to specific rules, which are accessible within each game or game category. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by all applicable game rules before placing bets.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and approved by independent third-party testing laboratories, including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. 36gl does not manipulate, interfere with, or predetermine game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, all bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body or league. 36gl reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious errors in odds display, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the betting market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 36gl platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, or engaging in any form of financial fraud
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, tournaments, or other competitive games
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to another player to transfer funds between accounts
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to access, modify, or exploit the 36gl platform's software, databases, or security systems
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder funds obtained through illegal activity
• Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public information or while having insider knowledge of sporting events
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 36gl staff members
• Underage Gambling: Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to access or use your account

36gl employs advanced fraud detection systems and works closely with regulatory authorities to identify and prevent prohibited activities. Users suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to investigation and potential referral to law enforcement agencies.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 36gl

36gl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months or more)
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to 36gl, other Users, or third parties

8.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 36gl customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals and close your account within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations or verification procedures.

Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure. These Terms will continue to apply to any disputes or claims arising from activities conducted before account termination.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 PHP or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. 36gl will notify you via email before applying any inactive account fees.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through the 36gl platform are the exclusive property of 36gl, its licensors, or third-party content providers, and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 36gl platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar automated data gathering tools
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Unauthorized use of 36gl intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While 36gl strives to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control.

36gl shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, provided such interruptions are not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 36gl platform and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 36gl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

In no event shall 36gl's total aggregate liability exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 36gl and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the 36gl platform or Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

All complaints should include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, relevant dates and times, and any supporting documentation (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the 36gl platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 36gl platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or a similar recognized arbitration body in the Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

36gl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on the 36gl website with a revised "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to the email address associated with your account
• Displaying a prominent notice on the platform when you next log in

Your continued use of the 36gl platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Material changes will typically take effect thirty (30) days after posting, unless immediate implementation is required by law or to address security concerns.
