About 36gl — Your Trusted Philippine Online Casino

The Philippine online gaming market has grown rapidly over the past decade, but Filipino players often found themselves navigating platforms designed for international audiences — platforms that didn't integrate GCash or Maya, that imposed multi-day withdrawal waiting periods, that offered customer support only during European business hours, and that treated Philippine Peso as an afterthought currency requiring constant conversion.

36gl was built to solve these problems. Our founding team — Filipino gaming industry veterans with decades of combined experience in casino operations, payment systems, and technology infrastructure — recognized that Filipino players deserved a platform built specifically for them, not a generic international casino with superficial localization.

We partnered with the world's leading game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming) to secure their full Asian-market game libraries. We integrated directly with GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and UnionBank to enable instant deposits and withdrawals without intermediary payment processors that add delays and fees. We hired customer support teams fluent in English and Tagalog who work Philippine time zones. We designed our mobile interface specifically for the Android and iOS devices most popular in Manila, Cebu, and Davao, optimizing performance for the 4G/LTE networks common across the country.

Today, 36gl serves over 50,000 active Filipino players who collectively wager hundreds of millions of pesos monthly across our platform. Our game library includes more than 2,500 slots, dozens of live dealer tables broadcasting 24/7, comprehensive sports betting covering PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and e-sports, plus specialty games like bingo and keno.

We operate under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, ensuring compliance with Philippine gaming laws and responsible gaming standards. All games on 36gl undergo independent testing by GLI (Gaming Laboratories International) and iTech Labs to verify fairness and random number generator integrity. Player funds are held in segregated bank accounts, protected from operational expenses and insulated from business risks.

36gl is more than a casino — it's a Filipino gaming community. Our promotional campaigns acknowledge local holidays and cultural events. During Pacquiao fights, PBA finals, and major UFC cards, we run themed tournaments and bonuses that resonate with Filipino sports fans. Our VIP program rewards loyal players with personalized account managers, exclusive bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, and invitations to private tournaments.

As we continue to grow, our commitment remains unchanged: deliver the best online casino experience for Filipino players by combining cutting-edge gaming technology with deep understanding of Philippine culture, payment preferences, and player expectations. Whether you're spinning slots in a Manila high-rise, betting on basketball from a Cebu café, or playing live blackjack from home in Davao, 36gl brings the casino to you.

At 36gl, we recognize that trust is earned through consistent action, not marketing promises. Our commitment to Filipino players extends across every aspect of our operation.

Responsible Gaming: We provide comprehensive tools for players to maintain healthy gaming habits — deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and reality check notifications. Our platform restricts all gaming activity to players aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine regulations. We partner with organizations that provide support for problem gambling and display their resources prominently on our Responsible Gaming page.

Fair Gaming: Every slot machine, table game, and live dealer game on 36gl undergoes independent testing by internationally recognized labs (GLI and iTech Labs) to verify RNG integrity and payout percentages. We publish RTP (Return to Player) information for every game so Filipino players can make informed decisions about which games to play.

Financial Security: Player funds are held in segregated bank accounts, legally separated from operational expenses. In the unlikely event of business difficulties, player balances remain protected and withdrawable. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all financial transactions and never store credit card or e-wallet credentials on our servers.

Transparent Operations: Our terms and conditions, bonus wagering requirements, and withdrawal policies are written in plain English without hidden clauses or intentional ambiguity. When 36gl needs to update policies, we notify affected players in advance via email and on-platform notifications.

Community Building: Filipino players aren't just account numbers to us — they're members of the 36gl community. We run tournaments, leaderboard competitions, and seasonal promotions that bring players together. Our VIP program recognizes and rewards loyal players with personalized benefits that reflect their individual preferences and playing styles.
